Sharing Your Experiences

Orchestrate is not only the easiest way to create XR content but also the easiest way to share that content with your audience. Released today, new Sharing Options give you the power to share, embed, or keep secret your experience content.

Embedding Experiences

No matter your visibility settings, your Orchestrate experiences can now be embedded in web pages. This makes it easier for you to use your existing marketing and communication tools to put your experience content in front of your audience. Check out the example below!

Private Experiences are the Default

By default, the experiences you create in Orchestrate are private. This means that only users who are logged into your Organization can access those experiences.

Sharing Unlisted Experiences, Just Like on YouTube

Just like on YouTube, Orchestrate experiences can be shared with an unlisted URL. Unlisted URLs are for when you need users to be able to access your content without logging in, but you don’t want the content to be easy to discover. You can copy and paste these difficult-to-guess URLs into emails, documentation, or even internal company chat, and users will be able to access the experiences with just one click.

Public Experiences

Any user can play public Orchestrate experiences. These experiences are also discoverable, appearing in Google search results and content searches on the Orchestrate app.

Secret Experience Content

Setting an Orchestrate experience to secret gives you fine-grained control over who can play it. Once set to secret, you can manage a list of email addresses identifying those individuals who can access your experience after logging in. Orchestrate will show these users a unique login screen branded to your organization and featuring your contact information. Users on your list can log in using just their email addresses.

Orchestrate is the easiest way to create and deploy XR content, using just your web browser to create for mobile, tablets, PCs and XR devices.
